Who we are
Sizzle+ is a creator subscription platform launching on February 1, 2027. Before launch, this site runs our early-access program for fans, creators, and recruiting partners ("angels"). Questions about this policy: hello@sizzleplus.com.
What we collect
Account information. Your email address and a password (stored in hashed form). If you sign up as a fan, we record your position on the waiting list and whether you opted in to launch updates.
Date of birth. Sizzle+ is strictly for adults. We ask your date of birth to verify you are 18 or older. Accounts cannot be created without passing this check.
Gender. Asked at signup and used for product and audience insights.
Profile information (creators). Display name, bio, category, and avatar. These fields are public: they appear on your profile and can appear on our public pages if you keep the "show me on the landing page" setting on. Your date of birth and gender are never public and are stored separately from your public profile.
Uploaded content (creators). Photos and videos you upload, including technical details (duration, file size, resolution) and the original upload date. Content is stored privately and is only visible to you and our moderation team before launch. At launch, approved content is published on the Sizzle+ platform with its original upload date.
Favorites (fans). The creators you mark as favorites, so we can build your lineup and notify you at launch.
Usage events. We log product events linked to your account (for example: sign-ups, uploads, approvals, reminders sent) to run the program and understand how it is used. We do this ourselves; we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Email logs. When we send you a transactional email (account confirmation, password reset, streak reminders, nudges), we log that it was sent and whether delivery succeeded.
Why we use it
- To verify you are 18 or older.
- To operate your account, your uploads, and the weekly streak program, including calculating your payout rate.
- To administer the angel program, including the referral link that connects a creator to their angel and the angel's commission.
- To import approved content into the Sizzle+ platform at launch, with original timestamps.
- To send transactional email from our own sending domain (notify.sizzleplus.com): account emails, streak reminders, and — if you opted in — launch updates.
- To understand product usage through our own event log.
Where your data lives
Our database and file storage are hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union.
How long we keep it
For the lifetime of your account. If your application is rejected or you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data; aggregated statistics that no longer identify you may be retained.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw marketing consent. Email hello@sizzleplus.com and we will respond promptly. Deleting your account removes your personal data and uploaded content from our systems.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking on this site. We only share data with the service providers that host our infrastructure and deliver our email, and only as needed to run the product.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced by email to opted-in users.
