Terms of Service — Sizzle+

1. About these terms

These terms govern the Sizzle+ early-access program at sizzleplus.com, operated ahead of the platform launch on February 1, 2027. By creating an account — as a fan, creator, or angel — you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. You must be 18 or older

Sizzle+ is strictly for adults. We verify your date of birth at signup, and accounts of anyone under 18 will be removed. By creating an account you confirm the date of birth you provide is accurate.

3. Creator program: weekly goals and your payout rate

Creators in the early-access program upload content before launch and build a payout rate through consistent weekly activity:

• Each week (Monday–Sunday, Amsterdam time) has a weekly goal: a set number of approved videos and photos. Only content approved by our moderation team counts.
• A limited number of uploads per day count toward the weekly goal, so activity must be spread across the week. Additional uploads are welcome and count toward points and visibility.
• Consecutive completed weeks raise your heat level, and each level carries a payout percentage — the share of your future earnings you keep:

• Missing a week lowers your level by one step unless a streak shield absorbs it. Shields are earned through consecutive completed weeks.
• Lock-in: the payout rate you hold at launch (February 1, 2027, 00:00 Amsterdam time) becomes your ongoing rate on the Sizzle+ platform.

4. Your content

• Videos must be at least 5 minutes long. Content must meet our quality standards and passes moderation review before it counts.
• You must own the rights to everything you upload, and everyone depicted must be a consenting adult. Content that is illegal, that you don't have the rights to, or that depicts or appears to depict anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and account termination.
• Avatars and profile fields are public and must be suitable for a general audience; we may remove avatars that are not.
• By uploading, you grant Sizzle+ the right to host, review, and display your content within the program, and to publish approved content on the Sizzle+ platform at launch with its original upload date. You keep ownership of your content.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Angel program

• Angels recruit and coach creators through a personal invite link. A creator who signs up through an angel's link is connected to that angel.
• Angels earn a commission of 3% of the gross earnings of each creator they brought in, for as long as that creator earns on Sizzle+. The commission is paid by the platform and does not reduce the creator's own share.
• Angel ranks, saves, and leaderboards are status features; they do not change the commission percentage.
• We may deactivate angel accounts that misrepresent the program or violate these terms; existing creator connections and earned commissions are handled per this agreement.

6. Projections are illustrations

Any earnings figures, simulators, or projections shown in the product are illustrations based on platform assumptions. They are not a promise or guarantee of income. What is defined by these terms: the payout ladder above and the 3% angel commission.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and keeping your login secure. You can stop participating at any time; contact us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version, and significant changes will be announced. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Contact: hello@sizzleplus.com.
